Tin Anniversary

Does Tiffany's have any jewelry made of tin?  And is there a printable coupon?
August 24th, 2012 was a big milestone for us. It's the TIN Anniversary. I could make something in a metal shop.

It means we passed the 7 year mark. If you make it past 7 years, there's no turning back.

It's been 10 years of learning about the complexities of wine.
10 years of doing kid friendly activities.
10 years of trekking to NJ for extended cross border Prime Outlet shopping.  And then sweating it out at the border waiting in a line of cars.
10 years of mastering the art of online shopping.
10 years of getting every known pandemic flu virus.

10 years of hitting the Jersey Shore and enjoying the beach, before it became a crappy reality show.
10 years of trying to beat grubs and then realizing you can't.
10 years of learning how-to, and then getting better at it.
10 years of living thru another reno. (Actually I think it's been only 5 years)

10 years of conquering fears together.
10 years of accomplishments, medals, yellow and green ribbons.
10 years of learning about each other, ourselves and growth.
10 years of learning, respecting and enjoying the virtues of other cultures.
10 years of exploring the world outside our front door, beyond our little patch of grass.

10 years of doing it together. Sharing responsibilities and sharing the rewards.

Wow. 10 years went by fast.
It just seems like yesterday, I was sitting on a boat in Thailand with an upset bowel.

It's been 10 years together.  Whether we liked it or not.  And that's the truth. It's been work. But you need to put in the work to make it work.  Take care of your lawn and you will have a nice green lawn, with little to no weeds.  It's not rocket science, it's not chemistry.  It's effort.  No one can do the work for you.  Bit by bit. And over time, things just improve.  Just like good wine.
