Halloween
Yea! No H1N1 this year. We're going out for Halloween!
There's a reason why you carve out your pumpkins closer to halloween. We carved our pumpkins on Monday after skating.
It's now 6 days later. And our pumpkins are looking like they're going to need dentures.
It was also our next door neighbour Yahvi's birthday 2 weeks ago. And all the kids that came over were dressed up for the occasion.
She was excited and happy and really into the festivities. Laughing, dancing and...you get the drift. She's dressed up as the angry kid.
Later on the neighbours came over for some games, prizes and food.
They even broke out some of their ancestral headgear.
I think some of them founded Greenland and Iceland.
I thought I saw an axe and shield, and a book on "How to cook Dragon meat" in one of their garages.
And Samat got into it by pretending to put on his Angry Face.
Then he put on his Sad Face.
Finally he put on his Happy Face.

We even had pyro-centric games. Sam would have won, but the flame on his thumb went out.
