That 70's Club

It was a meeting of the greatest minds on the planet to discuss green house gases, financial meltdown and the US presidential election (since it's way more interesting than the Canadian one).

Oh wait...naw...It was just Dedek's 70th birthday with the family and friends.
It would probably be our last time up to the cottage before the months of sub zero temperatures brings the next ice age.

So what did we do on his birthday? We moved cords of firewood and kindling from the firewood shack to under the deck. Happy Birthday.

It was a great weekend to be up there. After all those weekends in the summer that were rained out, we got 3 beautiful sunny and warm days to formally end the summer cottage season.


The fall colours were in full bloom and painted the entire landscape in yellow and red.
The night was clear and smog free.
